چکیده
Introduction:
Long-term use of doxorubicin (DOX) chemotherapy causes several side effects, especially induction metastasis on breast cancer (BC). There is an urgent need to identify novel agent with low effect targeting BC metastasis. Citrus sinensis (L.) peels extract (CSP) has long been used for the treatment cancer. However, its anti-metastatic potential against metastatic remains unclear.
 Objective:
This study aimed explore role CSP in combination DOX inhibiting migration MDAMB-231 cells.
 Material and Methods:
Potential cytotoxic single was analysed 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay (MTT assay). The activities major compound including hesperetin, tangeretin, nobiletin, naringenin hesperidin were screened by molecular docking under PLANTS software.
 Results:
Based we revealed that selected protein target MMP-9 (PBD ID:2OVX) lower score compare DOX. individually exhibited strong MDA-MB-231 cells MTT IC50 value 344 µg/mL 85 nM, respectively. Furthermore, synergistically increased cytotoxicity Here, showed can specifically suppress DOX-induced reduces doses still inhibited growth.
 Conclusion:
In conclusion, cells. So that, be developed as co-chemotherapeutic agent.

Docosahexaenoic acid suppresses breast cancer cell metastasis by targeting matrix-metalloproteinases
Breast cancer is one of the most prevalent cancers in women, and nearly half of breast cancer patients develop distant metastatic disease after therapy. Despite the significant advances that have been achieved in understanding breast cancer metastasis in the past decades, metastatic cancer is still hard to cure. Here, we demonstrated an anti-cancer mechanism of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) that s...

متن کاملMicroRNA-320a inhibits breast cancer metastasis by targeting metadherin
Dysregulated microRNAs play important pathological roles in carcinogenesis that are yet to be fully elucidated. This study was performed to investigate the biological functions of microRNA-320a (miR-320a) in breast cancer and the underlying mechanisms. Function analyses for cell proliferation, cell cycle, and cell invasion/migration, were conducted after miR-320a silencing and overexpression. T...
متن کاملDownregulation of Matrix Metalloproteinases 2 and 9 is Involved in the Protective Effect of Trehalose on Spinal Cord Injury
Upregulation of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), in particular MMP-2 and MMP-9 contributes to secondary pathogenesis of spinal cord injury (SCI) via promoting inflammation. Recently, we reported that trehalose suppresses inflammatory responses following SCI. Therefore, we investigated the effect of trehalose on MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression in SCI. A weight-drop contusion SCI was induced in male ...
